L\u2019employeur ne peut pas d\u00e9placer un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fc0e2a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7fc0e2a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 est ch\u00f4m\u00e9 et pay\u00e9 \u2014 et l\u2019employeur ne peut pas le d\u00e9placer.<\/p><p>L\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de chaque jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 va r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 plusieurs modes de calcul, selon le statut du travailleur (voir tableau ci-dessous).<\/p><p>Que la personne soit employ\u00e9e \u00e0 temps plein ou \u00e0 temps partiel ne change rien au calcul.<\/p><p>Cas particuliers :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Si le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 tombe pendant un jour normal de cong\u00e9<\/strong> (hors cong\u00e9 sans solde ou maladie, par exemple) <strong>ou de vacances annuelles du travailleur<\/strong>, qu\u2019elles soient pr\u00e9vues par la loi ou par l\u2019employeur, l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 est due &#8211; ou remplac\u00e9e par un cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9, \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure.<\/li><li><strong>Une personne qui se trouve \u00e0 devoir travailler durant un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9<\/strong> a droit au paiement de son salaire, auquel s\u2019ajoute, au choix de l\u2019employeur, une indemnit\u00e9 ou un cong\u00e9 compensatoire r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9, \u00e0 prendre dans les trois semaines pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant ou suivant le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 compens\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a827978 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a827978\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93d5606 e-n-tabs-mobile elementor-widget elementor-widget-n-tabs\" data-id=\"93d5606\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"nested-tabs.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-n-tabs\" data-widget-number=\"155014662\" aria-label=\"Onglets.
