104 semaines<\/strong> si son enfant mineur est atteint d\u2019une maladie potentiellement mortelle, sous attestation d\u2019un billet m\u00e9dical.<\/p><p>Le travailleur est tenu d\u2019avertir son employeur de son absence le plus t\u00f4t possible, et d\u2019en r\u00e9duire au maximum la dur\u00e9e. cadre d\u2019une interruption de grossesse ayant lieu apr\u00e8s la 20e semaine.<\/p><p><strong>Le cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9<\/strong> est un droit r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux personnes enceintes ou qui ont accouch\u00e9, peu importe la dur\u00e9e de leur service continu. Le lien en emploi est prot\u00e9g\u00e9 durant ce cong\u00e9. Il est non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9, mais l\u2019employeur doit continuer \u00e0 verser des cotisations si l\u2019employ\u00e9 le fait aussi. Ce cong\u00e9 peut d\u00e9buter \u00e0 parti de 16 semaines avant la date pr\u00e9vue de l\u2019accouchement, et s\u2019\u00e9tendre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20 semaines apr\u00e8s l\u2019accouchement, pour un maximum de 18 semaines en continu \u2014 m\u00eame dans le cas de grossesses ou de naissances impliquant plus d\u2019un enfant. L\u2019employeur est dans l\u2019obligation d\u2019accepter ce cong\u00e9, et le lien en emploi est maintenu durant toute sa dur\u00e9e. revenir au travail apr\u00e8s une naissance ou un accouchement. Le lien d\u2019emploi est prot\u00e9g\u00e9 pendant une absence.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bcd216c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bcd216c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c0 la fin d\u2019un cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9, la personne doit \u00eatre r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 son poste, avec le salaire et les avantages pr\u00e9vus dans son contrat de travail. Si le poste a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9 pendant le cong\u00e9, la personne concern\u00e9e a droit au m\u00eame traitement que si elle ne s\u2019\u00e9tait pas absent\u00e9e.
