Un licenciement peut aussi \u00eatre collectif.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>La mise \u00e0 pied :<\/strong> Un travailleur peut voir son contrat de travail suspendu temporairement pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques, organisationnelles ou techniques. Son lien en emploi est maintenu durant la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9vue de mise \u00e0 pied.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Le cong\u00e9diement :<\/strong> L\u2019employeur peut d\u00e9cider de cong\u00e9dier d\u00e9finitivement un employ\u00e9 pour des raisons disciplinaires ou en lien avec sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter des t\u00e2ches, sur la base de son droit de gestion.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>La d\u00e9mission :<\/strong> L\u2019employ\u00e9 peut quitter son emploi de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9finitive, en avertissant l\u2019employeur de sa d\u00e9mission dans un d\u00e9lai
