Elle a aussi le <strong>droit d\u2019\u00e9mettre des commentaires ou de demander des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong>. Mais il a \u00e9galement toute latitude pour mener les travaux selon les modalit\u00e9s de son choix.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36ed5135 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"36ed5135\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les employeurs ont bien s\u00fbr l\u2019obligation de se conformer \u00e0 la Loi sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale. Cela implique notamment de devoir <strong>calculer chaque ann\u00e9e le nombre de personnes employ\u00e9es<\/strong> dans l\u2019entreprise. C\u2019est ce nombre qui d\u00e9terminera les obligations pr\u00e9cises en mati\u00e8re de travaux d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale.<\/p><p>Quand ce nombre atteint 10 personnes en moyenne annuellement ou plus, l\u2019employeur doit commencer par <strong>r\u00e9aliser un exercice initial d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale<\/strong>. Cinq ans plus tard, il lui faudra r\u00e9aliser une analyse du maintien de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale.<\/p><p>Il doit aussi <strong>remplir la D\u00e9claration de l\u2019employeur en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale<\/strong> (DEMES). Enfin, il lui faudra s\u2019assurer de l\u2019absence de discrimination syst\u00e9mique dans les travaux d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale.<\/p><p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, l\u2019employeur a le <strong>droit d\u2019utiliser les outils de son choix<\/strong> pour r\u00e9aliser ses travaux, de m\u00eame que pour r\u00e9aliser l\u2019\u00e9valuation des cat\u00e9gories d\u2019emploi.
