Or, les salari\u00e9s ont un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation des cat\u00e9gories d\u2019emploi.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-62d12d12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"62d12d12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si c\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019employeur de r\u00e9aliser l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale, chaque travailleuse et travailleur peut prendre part activement au processus d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale dans l\u2019entreprise o\u00f9 elle ou il travaille.<\/p><p>Durant l\u2019\u00e9valuation des emplois, l\u2019employeur doit recueillir des informations pour former les cat\u00e9gories d\u2019emploi et les classer. Il peut notamment recueillir des renseignements aupr\u00e8s des travailleuses et travailleurs pour avoir une information compl\u00e9mentaire sur les caract\u00e9ristiques des cat\u00e9gories d\u2019emplois. C\u2019est l\u2019occasion de parler de toutes les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du travail fourni \u00e0 ce poste.<\/p><p>Chaque travailleur ou travailleuse a pour droit et obligation de fournir \u00e0 son employeur des renseignements sur ses t\u00e2ches aux fins de l\u2019\u00e9valuation. Son r\u00f4le est donc de participer \u00e0 la <strong>r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une \u00e9valuation compl\u00e8te<\/strong>. Plus la collecte de renseignements est rigoureuse et document\u00e9e, moins l\u2019\u00e9valuation des emplois risque d\u2019\u00eatre teint\u00e9e de subjectivit\u00e9. Son objectif ? Faire une \u00e9valuation r\u00e9aliste des emplois par les personnes qui les connaissent et pr\u00e9venir la discrimination envers les emplois f\u00e9minins.<\/p><p>Un comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale doit comprendre trois membres a minima, et se compose aux deux tiers de repr\u00e9sentants des travailleurs et travailleuses (dont la moiti\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre des femmes).<\/p><p>L\u2019employeur doit faire en sorte que les personnes qu\u2019il emploie soient repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, y compris par une personne externe, par une personne repr\u00e9sentante, etc. Si un salari\u00e9 est membre du comit\u00e9, il doit \u00eatre pay\u00e9 au taux horaire de ses heures normales.<\/p><p>Par ailleurs, quand un processus de participation doit \u00eatre mis en place lors de l\u2019\u00e9valuation du maintien de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale, les travailleurs et travailleuses ont des droits. Ils doivent participer au processus, qu\u2019ils soient repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par une association accr\u00e9dit\u00e9e de type syndicat, par exemple, ou non. L\u2019employeur doit recueillir leurs questions, observations, pr\u00e9occupations, doutes, attentes et suggestions sur les travaux en cours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
