Il a l\u2019obligation d\u2019offrir des conditions de travail minimales \u00e0 ses employ\u00e9s, notamment en ce qui concerne les horaires de travail, les vacances annuelles, le licenciement, etc.<\/li><li>Concernant la <strong>sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail<\/strong>, l\u2019employeur a le droit, par exemple, de faire une demande de r\u00e9vision et de contester des d\u00e9cisions rendues par la CNESST et d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s au dossier que la CNESST poss\u00e8de au sujet de la l\u00e9sion professionnelle d\u2019un travailleur. En contrepartie, ils ont l\u2019obligation de respecter leur contrat de travail convenu avec leur employeur et aviser ce dernier en cas d\u2019absence.<\/li><li>Par rapport \u00e0 la <strong>sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail<\/strong>, ils ont le droit, par exemple, de refuser d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter un travail s\u2019ils ont des motifs raisonnables de croire qu\u2019il les expose \u00e0 un danger pour leur sant\u00e9 et d\u2019exercer leur droit de retour au travail apr\u00e8s une blessure ou une maladie caus\u00e9e par le travail.
