Un premier corpus de trois lois fondamentales encadre et prot\u00e8ge les relations de travail au Qu\u00e9bec. Elles concernent les normes, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale, et la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c3fd992 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4c3fd992\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Loi sur les normes du travail (LNT) <strong>\u00e9tablit les conditions minimales de travail<\/strong> auxquelles doit se conformer l\u2019ensemble des employeurs et des travailleurs au Qu\u00e9bec, y compris les travailleurs immigrants et les travailleurs \u00e9trangers temporaires.<\/p><p>La LNT est au c\u0153ur des relations de travail au Qu\u00e9bec. Elle s\u2019applique \u00e0 toutes les entreprises priv\u00e9es comptant 10 employ\u00e9s ou plus.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1621db elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c1621db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La LES vise tous les travailleurs et travailleuses, qu\u2019elles soient des personnes immigrantes ou non, salari\u00e9es syndiqu\u00e9es ou non-syndiqu\u00e9es, et sans consid\u00e9ration de leur statut d\u2019emploi (temps plein, temps partiel, permanent, temporaire, saisonnier, etc.).<\/p><p>Parmi les principaux objectifs de la loi, on retrouve ainsi :<\/p><ul><li><strong>La garantie d\u2019une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9quitable<\/strong> entre les emplois \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance f\u00e9minine et ceux \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance masculine de valeur \u00e9quivalente ;<\/li><li><strong>La lutte contre la discrimination syst\u00e9mique<\/strong>, en ciblant les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s historiques \u00e0 travers ;<\/li><li><strong>L\u2019\u00e9valuation et la comparaison des emplois selon des crit\u00e8res objectifs<\/strong>, comme les qualifications, les niveaux de responsabilit\u00e9s, l\u2019effort ou les conditions de travail ;<\/li><li><strong>La responsabilisation des employeurs<\/strong> dans les entreprises comptant en moyenne 10 salari\u00e9s ou plus, en les obligeant \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un exercice d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale \u00e0 remettre \u00e0 la CNESST (d\u2019autres obligations p\u00e8sent sur les entreprises de 50 salari\u00e9s et plus) ;<\/li><li><strong>La promotion de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes<\/strong> dans le milieu de travail.<\/li><\/ul><p>La LES joue un r\u00f4le particuli\u00e8rement important \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des femmes immigrantes dans des secteurs vuln\u00e9rables qu\u2019elles peuvent \u00eatre traditionnellement amen\u00e9es \u00e0 occuper, comme l\u2019entretien m\u00e9nager, la restauration et les soins de sant\u00e9.<\/p><p><em>A contrario<\/em>, des TET travaillant dans des conditions pr\u00e9caires, sous r\u00e9glementation diff\u00e9rente, peuvent \u00eatre marginalis\u00e9s, voire exclus de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale, dans des secteurs comme l\u2019agriculture ou le travail domestique, notamment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div priv\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tence f\u00e9d\u00e9rale rel\u00e8vent de la Loi canadienne sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale.
