It comprises three steps:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnesst.gouv.qc.ca\/fr\/prevention-securite\/organiser-prevention\/faire-un-programme-prevention\/identifier-risques-dans-milieu-travail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Identify risks and risk factors<\/strong>:<\/a> this applies to all positions and all types of hazards, including chemical, ergonomic, biological, physical, and psychosocial risks, as well as those affecting overall safety.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4a9b2167 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4a9b2167\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnesst.gouv.qc.ca\/fr\/prevention-securite\/organiser-prevention\/faire-un-programme-prevention\/corriger-risques\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Correct the risks:<\/a><\/strong> once risks have been identified and prioritized, determine the measures needed to eliminate or control them, using the hierarchy of prevention measures.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb592a7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cb592a7\" risks:<\/a><\/strong> after corrective measures have been implemented, the employer must establish monitoring, evaluation, maintenance, and follow-up systems to ensure that risks have been eliminated factors:<\/p><ul><li>Individual;<\/li><li>Task<\/li><li>Environment ;<\/li><li>Material.<\/li><\/ul><p>Together, these areas of vigilance help develop preventive reflexes, for oneself and for others,
