Dans le cadre du <strong>Programme des parents et des grands-parents<\/strong>, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15\u00a0000 demandes de r\u00e9unification pourront \u00eatre accept\u00e9s en 2022. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a annonc\u00e9 Immigration, R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et Citoyennet\u00e9 Canada (IRCC) le 11 octobre 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>IRCC envoie 23\u00a0100 invitations aux personnes qui ont soumis <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/immigration-refugies-citoyennete\/services\/immigrer-canada\/parrainer-membre-famille\/parrainer-parents-grands-parents\/selectionne.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un formulaire d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le parrainage en 2020<\/a><\/span><span>. Les invitations sont envoy\u00e9es au hasard, car trop de formulaires d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us en 2020 (plus de 200\u00a0000). L\u2019an dernier, IRCC avait aussi proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire et ce sont 30\u2009000 demandes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9es. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Les personnes qui re\u00e7oivent une invitation doivent pr\u00e9senter leur demande en ligne avant la date limite indiqu\u00e9e sur l\u2019invitation. Chacun doit utiliser le <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca\/fr\/connexion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Portail de r\u00e9sidence permanente<\/a><\/span><span> ou le Portail de la r\u00e9sidence permanente pour les repr\u00e9sentants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Une preuve de fonds suffisants est toujours requise, mais en raison de la pand\u00e9mie et des difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques qu\u2019elle a pu entra\u00eener dans les m\u00e9nages, les exigences de revenu ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abaiss\u00e9es. Pour les ann\u00e9es d\u2019imposition\u00a02020 et 2021, les demandeurs devront prouver recevoir le revenu vital minimal et non plus le revenu vital minimal plus 30\u00a0%. Les prestations d\u2019assurance emploi ou li\u00e9es \u00e0 la COVID-19 peuvent \u00eatre comptabilis\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Le revenu minimum vital est de 26\u2009620\u00a0$ CAN par an pour une personne et de 33\u2009140\u00a0$ CAN pour deux personnes. Pour les autres, tout est d\u00e9taill\u00e9 dans ce <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cic.gc.ca\/francais\/centre-aide\/reponse.asp?qnum=1445&amp;top=14\">document<\/a><\/span><span> d\u2019IRCC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Celles et ceux qui n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter une demande dans le cadre de ce programme peuvent demander un <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/immigration-refugies-citoyennete\/services\/visiter-canada\/super-visa-parents-grands-parents.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">super visa<\/a><\/span><span>.
