Elle exer\u00e7ait la profession d\u2019avocate pour la d\u00e9fense du droit des femmes et des communaut\u00e9s LGBTQ. D\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e au Qu\u00e9bec, elle choisit d\u2019apprendre le fran\u00e7ais et de s\u2019inscrire au certificat en gestion de projets \u00e0 HEC Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 HEC Montr\u00e9al, elle acquiert beaucoup plus qu\u2019un dipl\u00f4me reconnu. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hec.ca\/programmes\/certificats\/certificat-gestion-projets\/index.html?utm_source=ImmigrantQuebec&amp;utm_medium=Article&amp;utm_term=Notori%C3%A9t%C3%A9&amp;utm_content=TexteLink&amp;utm_campaign=Certificats\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">certificat en gestion de projets<\/a> permet d\u2019appliquer rapidement de nouvelles connaissances. Tous les \u00e9tudiants re\u00e7oivent un enseignement pratique, qui est assur\u00e9 par un sp\u00e9cialiste de son domaine, et qui poss\u00e8de une solide exp\u00e9rience. Le corps enseignant est un v\u00e9ritable soutien tout au long de son parcours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant sa formation, la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et la clairvoyance de Cindy attirent l\u2019attention d\u2019un professeur qui lui offre d\u2019\u00eatre auxiliaire d\u2019enseignement dans deux de ses cours. Cette opportunit\u00e9 constitue sa premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience professionnelle au Qu\u00e9bec. Un autre grand d\u00e9fi qu\u2019elle rel\u00e8ve avec brio, tout en continuant son cursus. \u00c9tudier \u00e0 HEC Montr\u00e9al lui permet de conjuguer son exp\u00e9rience en tant que gestionnaire en Colombie et la th\u00e9orie apprise en classe. Ces apprentissages la confortent davantage dans son choix d\u2019orientation. Les connaissances acquises pendant ses cours conduisent \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une certification professionnelle <em>Projet Management Professional<\/em> <em>(PMP). <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cindy conjugue avec succ\u00e8s les \u00e9tudes et le travail, dans une langue qu\u2019elle ne poss\u00e8de pas compl\u00e8tement, en y consacrant beaucoup de temps, de discipline et d\u2019efforts. Pour elle, surmonter les obstacles de l\u2019immigration n\u00e9cessite de poursuivre un but clair, et de se donner tous les moyens pour y arriver.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 quelques mois pour le programme \u00ab\u2009Colombia Nos Une\u2009\u00bb du consulat de Colombie \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al en 2020, elle obtient rapidement un poste de conseill\u00e8re talents et diversit\u00e9 pour la Chambre de commerce du Montr\u00e9al m\u00e9tropolitain en 2021.
