{"id":13507,"date":"2023-01-06T11:17:44","date_gmt":"2023-01-06T15:17:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/immigrantquebec.com\/fr\/?p=13507"},"modified":"2023-01-06T15:20:31","modified_gmt":"2023-01-06T19:20:31","slug":"entrepreneurs-travailleurs-autonomes-francophones-immigrants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/immigrantquebec.com\/fr\/actualites\/entrepreneurs-travailleurs-autonomes-francophones-immigrants\/","title":{"rendered":"Coup de pouce aux entrepreneurs et travailleurs autonomes francophones immigrants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Le 21\u00a0d\u00e9cembre 2022, la ministre qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise de l\u2019Immigration, de la Francisation et de l\u2019Int\u00e9gration, Christine Fr\u00e9chette, a annonc\u00e9 une mesure destin\u00e9e \u00e0 faciliter la venue des travailleurs autonomes et entrepreneurs francophones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>En effet, depuis le 28\u00a0d\u00e9cembre 2022, ces derniers sont les seuls de leur cat\u00e9gorie \u00e0 pouvoir pr\u00e9senter une demande d\u2019immigration dans le cadre du Programme des entrepreneurs (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/immigration\/immigrer-affaires\/entrepreneurs\/creation-exploitation-entreprise-innovante\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Volet\u00a01<\/a>) et du Programme des travailleurs autonomes. Pour rappel, le Volet\u00a01 concerne l\u2019accompagnement d\u2019un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur d\u2019entreprises, d\u2019un incubateur ou d\u2019un centre d\u2019entrepreneuriat universitaire dont entend b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier le demandeur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Il faut d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9montrer une ma\u00eetrise orale du fran\u00e7ais de niveau\u00a07, selon <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-contenu.quebec.ca\/cdn-contenu\/francisation\/MIFI\/referentiel\/NM_echelle_niveaux_competences.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>l\u2019\u00c9chelle qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise des niveaux de comp\u00e9tence en fran\u00e7ais des personnes immigrantes adultes<\/em><\/a><\/span><span>. Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t des demandes n\u2019aura aucune limite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Cette mesure a pour objectif de renforcer le fran\u00e7ais au Qu\u00e9bec en priorisant les demandes d\u2019immigration de personnes francophones. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>En cons\u00e9quence, les personnes candidates \u00e0 l\u2019immigration au Qu\u00e9bec qui ne sont pas francophones ne pourront pas d\u00e9poser leur demande dans le cadre du <\/span><span>Volet\u00a01<\/span><span> du <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/immigration\/immigrer-affaires\/entrepreneurs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programme des entrepreneurs<\/a><\/span><span> ni du <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/immigration\/immigrer-affaires\/travailleurs-autonomes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programme des travailleurs autonomes<\/a><\/span><span>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>La r\u00e9ception des demandes dans le cadre du <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/immigration\/immigrer-affaires\/entrepreneurs\/creation-acquisition-entreprise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Volet\u00a02 du Programme des entrepreneurs<\/a><\/span><span>, qui concerne la cr\u00e9ation ou l\u2019exploitation d\u2019une entreprise, \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 suspendue \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de cette nouvelle mesure, et elle le restera jusqu\u2019\u00e0 nouvel ordre. Quant aux travailleurs autonomes non francophones, une limite de 50\u00a0demandes pouvait \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9e entre le 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0novembre 2021 et le 31\u00a0d\u00e9cembre 2022, mais cette limite a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteinte d\u00e8s le 23\u00a0novembre 2021. Le programme demeure donc inaccessible pour eux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>La suspension d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 pour les non-francophones annonc\u00e9e le 21\u00a0d\u00e9cembre 2022 est temporaire.
