Aux candidats \u00e0 un emploi, on insiste sur l\u2019importance de se renseigner \u00e0 leur sujet et de d\u00e9montrer leur ad\u00e9quation avec ces valeurs. Mais qu\u2019entend-on exactement par \u00ab\u2009valeurs\u2009\u00bb\u2009? Que cache ce terme et comment celles-ci peuvent-elles se traduire au quotidien, au sein d\u2019une entreprise\u2009? Pour nous \u00e9clairer sur la question, nous avons rencontr\u00e9 Emeely Lapierre Collin CRHA, directrice des ressources humaines pour GUS inc.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prenons un exemple <em>a priori<\/em> anodin\u00a0: celui d\u2019une entreprise de restauration apr\u00e8s sinistre, dont les valeurs s\u2019expriment de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons, et pour qui l\u2019ouverture et l\u2019inclusion en interne va de pair avec l\u2019approche de sa mission \u00e0 l\u2019externe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Immigrant Qu\u00e9bec\u00a0: La conscience environnementale des entreprises est de plus en plus encourag\u00e9e et pris\u00e9e. Quelle est votre vision \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, en tant qu\u2019entreprise\u2009? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emeely Lapierre Collin\u00a0: Dans un syst\u00e8me \u00e9conomique et social fragile, tant pour les petites que les grandes entreprises s\u2019installent des valeurs de plus en plus profondes reli\u00e9es \u00e0 la diminution de l\u2019impact environnemental que peut engendrer leurs activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations qui font leurs arriv\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 du travail ne font pas exception \u00e0 la mutation rapide que l\u2019on observe dans le monde du travail, et sont sensibles \u00e0 ces valeurs sociales. Pour ces personnes, l\u2019importance qu\u2019accorde une entreprise \u00e0 la diminution de son empreinte \u00e9cologique et \u00e0 son implication dans la communaut\u00e9 fait partie int\u00e9grante de leurs crit\u00e8res lorsque vient le temps de s\u2019engager dans une entreprise et s\u2019\u00e9panouir professionnellement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>IQ\u00a0: Peut-on mesurer l\u2019impact r\u00e9el de ces valeurs sur la fa\u00e7on dont vous menez vos op\u00e9rations\u2009?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ELC\u00a0: Le domaine de la restauration apr\u00e8s sinistre au Qu\u00e9bec est, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, un bel exemple d\u2019organisation enviro-consciente. Par la nature de leurs op\u00e9rations qui visent notamment la restauration des biens et la r\u00e9novation d\u2019immeubles endommag\u00e9s \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un sinistre, elles pr\u00e9conisent toujours la r\u00e9utilisation, plut\u00f4t que le remplacement des biens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que ce soit des dommages caus\u00e9s par l\u2019eau, le feu, la fum\u00e9e, le vol, le vandalisme, des d\u00e9versements d\u2019huile ou des catastrophes naturelles, chaque bien endommag\u00e9 poss\u00e8de des techniques de restauration sp\u00e9cifiques, qui leur permettent de retrouver leur \u00e9tat d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le m\u00e9tier d\u2019intervenant en restauration apr\u00e8s-sinistre est l\u2019un des m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019environnement reconnus par le Comit\u00e9 paritaire du march\u00e9 du travail (CPMT). Son importance pour la pr\u00e9servation des ressources et la valorisation du r\u00e9emploi en fait un m\u00e9tier de choix pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire la diff\u00e9rence non seulement dans la vie des gens, mais aussi pour l\u2019environnement. Pas moins de 50\u00a0% de leur temps de travail est d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la protection de l\u2019environnement, la pr\u00e9servation des ressources et la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale, comme l\u2019exige le Comit\u00e9 sectoriel de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de l\u2019environnement, <em>Envirocomp\u00e9tence<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>IQ\u00a0: Cette conscience sociale a-t-elle aussi un impact sur les valeurs en emploi que vous pr\u00f4nez, pour vos salari\u00e9s\u2009?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ELC\u00a0: Ces professionnels sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 faire l\u2019usage d\u2019une multitude de comp\u00e9tences transversales, techniques et humaines, dont l\u2019empathie, l\u2019\u00e9coute et l\u2019autonomie.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien que cette profession exige une polyvalence accrue, aucune exp\u00e9rience n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire pour y faire ses d\u00e9buts.
