Ce programme est l\u00e0 pour soutenir la nouvelle personne salari\u00e9e \u00e0 mettre toutes les chances de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour r\u00e9ussir ses premiers pas dans ses nouvelles fonctions. Notamment destin\u00e9 aux personnes immigrantes ou nouvellement arriv\u00e9es, il pr\u00e9voit l\u2019accompagnement d&rsquo;une conseill\u00e8re ou d\u2019un conseiller Talents et diversit\u00e9, comprenant la d\u00e9finition et la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019actions cibl\u00e9es comme :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>la sensibilisation de l\u2019entreprise et de l\u2019employ\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9 notamment\u00a0par le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences en communication interpersonnelle en contexte interculturel,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>l\u2019accompagnement des personnes salari\u00e9es dans leur environnement de travail (organisation personnelle, gestion des \u00e9motions, etc.), ou encore<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>la mise en place d\u2019un programme de mentorat inclusif.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Du point de vue de l\u2019entreprise, les bases d\u2019une int\u00e9gration professionnelle r\u00e9ussie se posent dans les semaines qui suivent la prise de poste.
