Voici les \u00e9tapes \u00e0 venir.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>En marge de sa <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/immigrantquebec.com\/fr\/actualites\/planification-de-limmigration-2024-2025-le-seuil-de-50-000-personnes-admises-est-maintenu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">planification strat\u00e9gique de l\u2019immigration<\/a><\/span><span> pour les ann\u00e9es\u00a02024-2025, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e le 1er\u00a0novembre 2023, le gouvernement du Qu\u00e9bec a pr\u00e9vu un certain nombre de mesures destin\u00e9es \u00e0 renforcer la place du fran\u00e7ais d\u00e8s la s\u00e9lection des immigrants \u00e9conomiques. Le <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicationsduquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/fileadmin\/gazette\/pdf_encrypte\/lois_reglements\/2023F\/80921.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>R\u00e8glement modifiant le R\u00e8glement sur l\u2019immigration au Qu\u00e9bec<\/em><\/a><\/span><span>, publi\u00e9 le 8\u00a0novembre 2023 dans la Gazette officielle, entre progressivement en vigueur d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui, 23\u00a0novembre 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Le volet Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s du Qu\u00e9bec du Programme de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Les grands vainqueurs de la r\u00e9forme des programmes d\u2019immigration \u00e9conomique sont bien s\u00fbr les \u00e9tudiants dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s du Qu\u00e9bec, soit qui ont suivi leur programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes en fran\u00e7ais, soit qui justifient avoir effectu\u00e9 au moins trois ans d\u2019\u00e9tudes secondaires ou postsecondaires \u00e0 temps plein en fran\u00e7ais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span>Reportez-vous au R\u00e8glement modifiant le R\u00e8glement sur l\u2019immigration au Qu\u00e9bec pr\u00e9cit\u00e9 pour les d\u00e9tails (Articles\u00a033 et 34)<\/span><\/strong><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>D\u00e9sormais, ces personnes sont admissibles au volet Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s du Qu\u00e9bec du Programme de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise (PEQ) d\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de leur dipl\u00f4me, sans qu\u2019ils aient \u00e0 justifier\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><span>une exp\u00e9rience de travail au Qu\u00e9bec<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>\u00eatre en emploi au moment de leur demande.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span>Cette mesure entre en vigueur d\u00e8s le 23 novembre 2024<\/span><\/strong><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>La nouveaut\u00e9\u00a0: le Programme de s\u00e9lection des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Dans sa planification, le gouvernement a finalement retenu la cr\u00e9ation du Programme de s\u00e9lection des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s (PSTQ), qui remplace le v\u00e9n\u00e9rable Programme r\u00e9gulier des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s (PRTQ).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Si, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de feu le PRTQ, le PSTQ demeure la voie r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de s\u00e9lection permanente par le Qu\u00e9bec, ce dernier est compl\u00e8tement restructur\u00e9 autour de 4\u00a0volets in\u00e9dits\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong><span>Volet\u00a01\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><span> professions hautement qualifi\u00e9es exigeant des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es (FEER 0, 1 et 2 de la Classification nationale des professions)\u2009;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Volet\u00a02\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><span> professions exigeant des comp\u00e9tences interm\u00e9diaires et manuelles (FEER\u00a03, 4 et 5 de la Classification nationale des professions)\u2009;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Volet\u00a03\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><span> professions r\u00e9glement\u00e9es n\u00e9cessitant l\u2019obtention pr\u00e9alable d\u2019une autorisation ou d\u2019un permis d\u2019exercice (niveau de fran\u00e7ais variable selon sa cat\u00e9gorie FEER)\u2009;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Volet\u00a04\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><span> talents d\u2019exception.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span>Reportez-vous au R\u00e8glement modifiant le R\u00e8glement sur l\u2019immigration au Qu\u00e9bec pr\u00e9cit\u00e9 pour les d\u00e9tails de chaque volet (Article\u00a032)<\/span><\/strong><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Cette nouvelle typologie de travailleurs doit notamment permettre une meilleure prise en charge \u00e0 la fois des travailleurs moins qualifi\u00e9s, dont le Qu\u00e9bec a hautement besoin, mais aussi des personnes qui exercent un m\u00e9tier ou une profession r\u00e9glement\u00e9e, et qui ne pourront exercer leur m\u00e9tier ou profession r\u00e9glement\u00e9e au Qu\u00e9bec qu\u2019apr\u00e8s avoir suivi un cheminement souvent long, complexe et co\u00fbteux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span>Le PSTQ entrera en vigueur d\u00e8s le 29 novembre 2024<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span>Les gens d\u2019affaires eux aussi concern\u00e9s<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Les gens d\u2019affaires, qu\u2019ils rel\u00e8vent de la cat\u00e9gorie des investisseurs, des entrepreneurs ou des travailleurs autonomes, devront eux aussi se conformer \u00e0 de nouvelles exigences en mati\u00e8re de fran\u00e7ais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span>Les mesures qui les touchent entreront en vigueur le 1er janvier 2024<\/span><\/strong><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Du nouveau aussi sur le terrain de trois projets pilotes d&rsquo;immigration permanente<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le gouvernement a profit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur du R\u00e8glement pour mettre \u00e0 jour les r\u00e8gles de r\u00e9ception des demandes pour les projets pilotes d&rsquo;immigration permanente en transformation alimentaire, des pr\u00e9pos\u00e9s aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires et des travailleurs de l\u2019intelligence artificielle, des technologies de l\u2019information et des effets visuels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/nouvelles\/actualites\/details\/publication-reglement-modifiant-reglement-immigration-gazette-officielle-51862\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pour acc\u00e9der au
