{"id":15632,"date":"2024-05-31T14:25:12","date_gmt":"2024-05-31T18:25:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/immigrantquebec.com\/fr\/?p=15632"},"modified":"2024-05-31T14:25:12","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T18:25:12","slug":"une-premiere-evaluation-des-repercussions-de-francisation-quebec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/immigrantquebec.com\/fr\/actualites\/une-premiere-evaluation-des-repercussions-de-francisation-quebec\/","title":{"rendered":"Une premi\u00e8re \u00e9valuation des r\u00e9percussions de Francisation Qu\u00e9bec"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Le Rapport annuel 2023-2024 du Commissaire \u00e0 la langue fran\u00e7aise, remis le 29 mai 2024 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, r\u00e9v\u00e8le notamment un premier bilan de Francisation Qu\u00e9bec un an apr\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation, le 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0juin 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Francisation Qu\u00e9bec est l\u2019unique point d\u2019acc\u00e8s gouvernemental pour les personnes de 16\u00a0ans et plus, domicili\u00e9es au Qu\u00e9bec ou qui envisagent de s\u2019y \u00e9tablir, et qui souhaitent recevoir des services d\u2019apprentissage du fran\u00e7ais, y compris des travailleurs en entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De novembre 2023 \u00e0 avril 2024, le Commissaire a ainsi men\u00e9 41 entretiens avec 67 intervenants dans 6 r\u00e9gions du Qu\u00e9bec. Le rapport porte sur les th\u00e8mes de la gouvernance et des partenariats, de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la demande et de la gestion des inscriptions, des aspects technologiques et de l\u2019harmonisation p\u00e9dagogique et de la qualit\u00e9 de la formation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Parmi les 13\u00a0constats du rapport, deux points \u00e9mergent particuli\u00e8rement\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Francisation Qu\u00e9bec est parvenu \u00e0 traiter un nombre important d\u2019inscriptions tout en harmonisant la qualit\u00e9 de son approche p\u00e9dagogique avec le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>L\u2019unit\u00e9 du MIFI n\u2019a pour autant pas su r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes les demandes, ce qui a eu pour cons\u00e9quence de ralentir les d\u00e9lais d\u2019attente. Sont particuli\u00e8rement vis\u00e9s les cours \u00e0 temps partiel, qui repr\u00e9sentent 74 % des demandes compl\u00e8tes d&rsquo;inscriptions re\u00e7ues.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Francisation Qu\u00e9bec fera l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9valuation continue jusqu\u2019en 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour acc\u00e9der au <a
