Il s\u2019av\u00e8re que les seuils d\u2019immigration permanente restent stables en 2025 par rapport \u00e0 2024 \u2014 et seront m\u00eame en hausse, en particulier du fait des admissions du PEQ-Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais si aucune mention n\u2019est faite cette ann\u00e9e au sujet de cibles pour l\u2019immigration temporaire (il faudra attendre 2026), le gouvernement a profit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement pour poser un nouveau moratoire, sur l\u2019immigration permanente cette fois.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7b3054b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7b3054b\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c7fed57\" data-id=\"c7fed57\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e28e220 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e28e220\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Pause de 8\u00a0mois sur deux programmes de s\u00e9lection permanente<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Le gouvernement qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois a d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 un gel de huit mois, <strong>en vigueur d\u00e8s le 31\u00a0octobre 2024<\/strong>, des deux volets provinciaux les plus populaires de la r\u00e9sidence permanente :<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><span>Le <strong>Programme r\u00e9gulier des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s<\/strong> (PRTQ), y compris dans sa nouvelle livr\u00e9e du Programme de s\u00e9lection des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s (PSTQ), qui doit toujours remplacer le PRTQ le 29\u00a0novembre 2024\u2009;<\/span><\/li><li><span>Le <strong>volet Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s du Qu\u00e9bec du Programme de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise<\/strong> (PEQ), dont l\u2019acc\u00e8s avait \u00e9t\u00e9 assoupli par le gouvernement il y a un an, en plus d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9contingent\u00e9.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Le volet Travailleurs \u00e9trangers du PEQ semble \u00eatre \u00e9pargn\u00e9, et sera donc la seule voie d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la r\u00e9sidence permanente <strong>jusqu\u2019au 30\u00a0juin 2025<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Le gouvernement souhaite se donner un temps d\u2019observation et de r\u00e9flexion dans le cadre de sa prochaine planification pluriannuelle, qui sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5c326ac elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5c326ac\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0a3c9df\" data-id=\"0a3c9df\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-03b1535 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"03b1535\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Dans son communiqu\u00e9, le MIFI rappelle quelques mentions utiles pour les personnes concern\u00e9es par ces mesures pour le moins soudaines, encore une fois.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Bien entendu, toutes les demandes de s\u00e9lection permanente pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es <em>via<\/em> le PEQ par les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s admissibles avant le 31\u00a0octobre 2024 seront re\u00e7ues et trait\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Il en va de m\u00eame pour le PRTQ. Les demandes d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es seront trait\u00e9es. Quant aux personnes qui n\u2019ont pas encore soumis leur demande, mais qui ont re\u00e7u une invitation \u00e0 le faire avant le 31\u00a0octobre 2024, elles pourront pr\u00e9senter normalement leur demande <strong>dans le d\u00e9lai habituel de 60 jours<\/strong>, pour elles et pour les membres admissibles de leur famille accompagnante.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
