Le 20\u00a0septembre 2024 s\u2019est officiellement termin\u00e9 le programme <\/span>Int\u00e9gration en emploi de personnes form\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es par un ordre professionnel (IPOP)<\/a><\/span>. Ce programme prenait la forme de subvention salariale aux employeurs pour couvrir une partie ou la totalit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de la personne immigrante ou issue d\u2019une minorit\u00e9 visible. <\/span><\/p>

Il avait pour objectif de soutenir les personnes qui ont re\u00e7u une formation \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du Canada et qui sont en processus d\u2019obtenir un permis d\u2019exercice d\u2019un ordre professionnel. Offert par Emploi-Qu\u00e9bec, il aidait les personnes \u00e0 trouver un premier emploi en facilitant la recherche d\u2019emploi, l\u2019embauche et l\u2019int\u00e9gration.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Quelles alternatives\u2009?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>

Maintenant que le programme n\u2019existe plus, les personnes en recherche d\u2019emploi ont toujours des options pour trouver un emploi. Pour commencer, le <\/span>Programme d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des immigrants et des minorit\u00e9s visibles en emploi<\/a><\/span><\/strong>(PRIIME) est maintenu. Ce dernier est con\u00e7u pour aider les personnes immigrantes \u00e0 trouver leur premier emploi au Qu\u00e9bec. Le principe est le m\u00eame qu\u2019IPOP et c\u2019est l\u2019employeur qui re\u00e7oit un soutien au salaire de la personne en recherche d\u2019emploi, voire une subvention pour des frais suppl\u00e9mentaires (salaire d\u2019un accompagnateur, frais de formation, activit\u00e9s d\u2019int\u00e9gration, etc.). <\/span><\/p>

Seconde option\u00a0: s\u2019adresser au <\/span>Service d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019emploi<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. Il est possible de v\u00e9rifier son admissibilit\u00e9 en remplissant une demande <\/span>en ligne<\/a><\/span> ou par <\/span>formulaire<\/a><\/span> dans un bureau de Services Qu\u00e9bec.<\/span><\/p>
