La nouveaut\u00e9, cette ann\u00e9e, est qu\u2019elle ne d\u00e9finira pas seulement les cibles de l\u2019immigration permanente, mais aussi celles de l\u2019immigration temporaire.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Or, s\u2019agissant d\u2019un exercice qui a des cons\u00e9quences durables \u00e0 tous les niveaux de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, le gouvernement a pour habitude d\u2019ouvrir le r\u00e9sultat de ses r\u00e9flexions \u00e0 la discussion quelques mois avant d\u2019ent\u00e9riner sa politique migratoire. Cette \u00e9tape de consultation publique a ainsi fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un report. Mais en quoi consiste-t-elle\u2009?<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section les groupes et organisations participants.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section d\u2019immigration. Celles qui am\u00e8nent le gouvernement \u00e0 envisager, de fa\u00e7on assez pouss\u00e9e, plusieurs voies possibles regroup\u00e9es en \u00ab\u2009orientations\u2009\u00bb et \u00ab\u2009sc\u00e9narii\u2009\u00bb. Ce sont ces orientations et ces sc\u00e9narii qui font l\u2019objet de la consultation \u00e0 proprement parler : on prend le pouls des acteurs en pr\u00e9sence pour consid\u00e9rer un sc\u00e9nario plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un autre, sur lequel sera construite la Planification pluriannuelle de l\u2019immigration.<\/span><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section avec les citoyens<\/a><\/span><span> avant discussions \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation de la Planification, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 la fin de notamment).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section qu\u2019on n\u2019attend ni sc\u00e9nario de hausse ni sc\u00e9nario de <em>statu quo<\/em>), sans distinction encore entre immigration permanente ou difficiles \u00e0 \u00e9valuer. Mais, consid\u00e9rant que cette Planification concernera principalement l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026, elle devrait logiquement \u00eatre act\u00e9e d\u2019ici \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e courante, comme c&rsquo;est habituellement le cas.
