Ce chiffre a \u00e9t\u00e9 donc \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint en un an \u00e0 peine, et aucune nouvelle demande ne sera re\u00e7ue avant la prochaine p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9ception, qui d\u00e9butera le 26\u00a0juin 2026.<\/span><\/p><p><span>Le regroupement familial permet \u00e0 des personnes citoyennes canadiennes ou r\u00e9sidentes permanentes du Qu\u00e9bec de parrainer\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span>Un \u00e9poux, conjoint ou partenaire conjugal\u2009;<\/span><\/li><li><span>Un p\u00e8re, une m\u00e8re ou un grand-parent\u2009;<\/span><\/li><li><span>Un enfant (\u00e0 charge, \u00e0 adopter, orphelin)\u2009;<\/span><\/li><li><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/immigration\/permanente\/parrainer-membre-famille\/parrainer-autre-membre-famille\/verifier-admissibilite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Un autre membre de la famille admissible<\/a><\/span><span>.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span>Les personnes parrain\u00e9es sont admissibles au statut de r\u00e9sident permanent du Canada.<\/span><\/p><p><span>Les demandes re\u00e7ues apr\u00e8s le 9\u00a0juillet 2025 ne seront pas trait\u00e9es et les frais d\u2019examen ne seront pas encaiss\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cab03d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cab03d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>Des exemptions subsistent<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bdb2382 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bdb2382\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span>Certaines personnes demeurent admissibles en tout temps au regroupement familial\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span>L\u2019enfant \u00e0 charge de moins de 18\u00a0ans\u2009;<\/span><\/li><li><span>L\u2019enfant mineur que l\u2019on souhaite adopter\u2009;<\/span><\/li><li><span>L\u2019enfant mineur orphelin qui entretient un lien particulier avec le garant (fr\u00e8re\/s\u0153ur, neveu\/ni\u00e8ce, petit-fils\/petite-fille)\u2009;<\/span><\/li><li><span>L\u2019enfant majeur \u00e0 charge dont la condition physique ou mentale le rend d\u00e9pendant du garant.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span>Sont \u00e9galement exempt\u00e9es les personnes \u00e0 charge de la personne parrain\u00e9e d\u00e9j\u00e0 vis\u00e9e par une demande d\u2019engagement<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-070aa10 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"070aa10\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><a
