Elle est \u00e9galement peu peupl\u00e9e\u00a0: 90\u2009000 habitants r\u00e9partis dans 53\u00a0municipalit\u00e9s, dont certaines ne sont pas reli\u00e9es au reste du Qu\u00e9bec par voie terrestre, et r\u00e9parties comme suit\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>33 municipalit\u00e9s locales,<\/li>\n<li>10\u00a0territoires non organis\u00e9s, et<\/li>\n<li>10\u00a0r\u00e9serves autochtones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Concentr\u00e9e sur la bande c\u00f4ti\u00e8re, la population de la r\u00e9gion se compose majoritairement de francophones et de populations autochtones. Sept-\u00celes et Baie-Comeau sont les deux principaux p\u00f4les urbains et industriels qui profitent du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et touristique.<\/p>\n<p>De toutes les r\u00e9gions du Qu\u00e9bec, la C\u00f4te-Nord est probablement celle qui offre le cadre de vie le plus simple, pour les amoureux de la mer ou de l\u2019immensit\u00e9 des plaines.<\/p>\n<p>Son \u00e9conomie repose principalement sur l\u2019exploitation des ressources naturelles\u00a0: les mines, la for\u00eat, l\u2019\u00e9nergie hydro\u00e9lectrique, la transformation de l\u2019aluminium, l\u2019exploitation des ressources fauniques et halieutiques. \u00c0 noter que 78\u00a0% de la production r\u00e9gionale est export\u00e9e hors du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<h2>Principaux secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Industrie manufacturi\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>Transformation\u00a0: aluminium, hydro\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Sciences et technologies marines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Services sp\u00e9cifiques aux personnes immigrantes<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/centrealphalira.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre Alpha-Lira de Sept-\u00celes<\/a>\u00a0: est un centre de services ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation et la francisation pour l\u2019accueil et l\u2019int\u00e9gration des personnes immigrantes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/emersion.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre \u00c9mersion<\/a>\u00a0: offre des services favorisant l\u2019int\u00e9gration sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi et le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re, et soutient les personnes des communaut\u00e9s culturelles dans leur int\u00e9gration sociale et professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rcjeq.org\/fr\/cje\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Carrefours jeunesse-emploi (CJE)<\/a>\u00a0: organismes dont le mandat est d\u2019accompagner les 16-35\u00a0ans dans leur cheminement vers l\u2019emploi, les \u00e9tudes ou dans le d\u00e9marrage d\u2019une petite entreprise. Plusieurs Carrefours jeunesse-emploi sont r\u00e9partis sur le territoire de la C\u00f4te-Nord. Pour trouver le CJE le plus proche, utilisez l\u2019outil Trouve ton CJE, sur le site du R\u00e9seau des CJE du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.popco.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">POPCO<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>est un organisme communautaire qui assure l\u2019accueil et l\u2019int\u00e9gration des personnes immigrantes par l\u2019entremise de rencontres individuelles, d\u2019ateliers de conversation, de jumelage interculturel et d\u2019activit\u00e9s d\u2019int\u00e9gration.
