Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajust\u00e9 en fonction des pr\u00e9conisations retenues \u00e0 la suite des consultations publiques sur la Planification de l&rsquo;immigration pour 2012-2015 qui se sont tenues d&rsquo;avril \u00e0 septembre derniers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour 2012, le Qu\u00e9bec pr\u00e9voit d&rsquo;accueillir entre 51 200 et 53 800 immigrants, soit un peu moins qu&rsquo;en 2011 (le nombre d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e \u00e9tait estim\u00e9 entre 52 400 et 55 000) :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; La part des <strong>immigrants \u00e9conomiques<\/strong> sera plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que pour la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (moyenne de 65% pour 2006-2010), soit 70% de l&rsquo;ensemble des immigrants. &#8211; L&rsquo;<strong>origine g\u00e9ographique des immigrants<\/strong> est pr\u00e9vue comme suit : Afrique, 31 %; Am\u00e9rique, 25 %; Asie, 24 %; Europe, 20 %. A noter qu&rsquo;il est escompt\u00e9 que les gens d&rsquo;affaires seront majoritairement originaires d&rsquo;Asie. &#8211; Le nombre d&rsquo;immigrants <strong>ma\u00eetrisant le fran\u00e7ais<\/strong> au moment de leur admission est port\u00e9 entre 64% et 65%. Une exigence en l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation avec un moyenne de 62% de 2006 \u00e0 2010. &#8211; Et enfin, 50% des immigrants travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s devront poss\u00e9der <strong>une formation professionnelle correspondant aux besoins du march\u00e9 du travail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un communiqu\u00e9 du Conseil du patronat du Qu\u00e9bec salue le Plan d&rsquo;immigration pour 2012 et appr\u00e9cie les orientations ax\u00e9es vers les besoins du march\u00e9 du travail. Il demande un d\u00e9veloppement plus prononc\u00e9 du programme pour les immigrants investisseurs et une augmentation des quotas pour la connaissance de la langue fran\u00e7aise. La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des chambres de commerce du Qu\u00e9bec (FCCQ) se d\u00e9clare satisfaite du Plan, notamment des mesures visant \u00e0 contrer les p\u00e9nuries de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre. Montr\u00e9al International (MI) se r\u00e9jouit des orientations concernant \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation entre les besoins de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre des entreprises et la s\u00e9lection des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb et l&rsquo;augmentation du niveau de connaissance du fran\u00e7ais.
