La question de la gestion du temps de travail, qui diff\u00e8re tant selon les pays, est un bon exemple de source potentielle de ces quiproquos.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, on trouve d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 des nouveaux arrivants, souvent des professionnels aguerris, qui auront besoin de quelques cl\u00e9s pour se familiariser avec les concepts du monde du travail qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois ; de l\u2019autre, des employeurs qui doivent faire face \u00e0 autant de cultures h\u00e9t\u00e9roclites qu\u2019ils ont d\u2019employ\u00e9s immigrants.
