Nous approfondissons les diff\u00e9rentes ententes internationales de mobilit\u00e9 de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre pour rechercher les exemptions qui permettront la venue au Canada de travailleurs \u00e9trangers temporaires avec, autant que faire se peut, uniquement un permis de travail. Nous conseillons et accompagnons \u00e9galement nos clients dans leurs projets d\u2019immigration temporaire \u00e0 titre de visiteur et d\u2019\u00e9tudiant.<br \/>\nLe Cabinet agit, et ce, depuis ses d\u00e9buts, en immigration permanente de gens d\u2019affaires, des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s et de regroupement familial.<br \/>\nPeu importe le privil\u00e8ge sollicit\u00e9, nous nous faisons un devoir de bien informer chacun de nos clients de leurs obligations et responsabilit\u00e9s qui d\u00e9coule de la d\u00e9marche entreprise pour \u00e9viter tout faux pas ou erreur de parcours qui pourrait venir nuire \u00e0 leurs projets futurs.<br \/>\nEnfin, la contestation judiciaire ou administrative des d\u00e9cisions n\u00e9gatives n\u2019est pas la solution \u00e0 tout, mais peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer parfois n\u00e9cessaire pour redresser les erreurs commises par l\u2019Administration dans les d\u00e9cisions rendues.
